alright, i know i know... breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. well, since oli has decided he wants to get back on his 12+ hour per night (!!!) sleep schedule, we all have been tending to sleep in a little later. i haven't had breakfast in a number of days, but i still get up, piss and weigh before even a sip of water goes in my mouth.
this morning i weighed 166.5, which is 1/2 a pound up from yesterday. shame. damn lasagna. and i thought the m&m's were bad the night before, lol. hubby and i also did some awesome workouts on the big exercise ball last night along with some more situps and pushups. mainly worked my arms though. did a little walking with grandma at walmart, but today the weather SEEMS to be clearing up so maybe there will be some outdoor work outs today :)
Lunch:
1/2 Tony's cheese crispy crust pizza: 7 points
Dinner:
(3) 1 0z. chicken kabobs: 3 points
mushrooms: 0 points
squash: 0 points
zucchini: 0 points
corn on the cob: 2 points
worchershire sauce: 1 point
total of 13 points!
hopefully i can cut out the snacking today and do some exercising.
