weight: 166!
down 4 pounds already!



Lunch:
1 serving of lasagna: 6 points
1 slice garlic toast: 4 points
Dinner:
6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub (on white, but with cheese): 6 points
bbq chips: 4 points
dr. pepper: 2 points


daily total of 22 points!


*walked in WalMart :D
