starting weight this time around is 184 ><
i feel like i have literally let myself go at this point.
"oh i just had a baby" can NOT be an excuse almost
2 years later. my husband is now deployed to Iraq
and i have nothing but time to just work on me now.
this time around is not so much about calorie counting
as it is just eating healthy, watching portion sizes,
and exercising when i have the time to.
