weight watchers

tomorrow i'm gonna start keeping track
of the "points" that are in what i eat
through out the day. that's what i'm using
this blog for soooo yeah :)



according to my current height and weight,
i am "allowed" 24 points everyday. and then
from those, i have 35 what i like to call
"cheat points" every week, that i may use
in any way my little heart desires. now, take in account
that i am already cheating by not actually purchasing
the crap from Weight Watchers... because as most know
you can find absolutely anything online these days,
coincidentally WW points lists for both generic food
that you buy and prepare and home and
the dining out companion which has the points
of various fast food items or the junk we eat out
at restaurants. since i'm being cheap and doing it
all on my own, again this blog should help me in
keeping track of what i eat and how many points
it's worth and my current weight along with what
i've lost so far. i'm also going to try my best,
time/weather/health permitting, to start exercising
a bit more that i have been the past week. but again,
my cheap ass will be doing it all at home. whether it's
running/jogging/walking up and down the driveway
and street or doing pushups, crunches, and stretches
with my hubby (who by the way, is an amazing support
system and a great motivator), i've got get this big
ass up and moving! but anyways, i've moved and grooved
this jiggly body enough today so i'm gonna call it a night.
when i wake tomorrow, i'll weigh in and have breakfast
and start this new project of mine. wish me luck!


***as a side note, i am going to try going vegetarian,
one step at a time. step one: cutting out red meat. :)
